Buying p-line medicine
Alli is a p-line medicine. By law, if you are buying p-line medicine, we will need to ask you additional questions about your medical history. Improving our service
We use non-identifying data to help make informed decisions on how to improve our service. We also use this data to tailor our live website to meet the needs of those using it.
Non-identifying data may be shared with advertisers and other reputable parties. For example, we may share how many users have visited a certain web page.
We will not transfer or sell your personal information without your consent to do so.
We may however share aggregated, non-personal data relating to the use of this site with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (UK) Trading Limited and its group companies (GSK). To understand how GSK manages personal data you can read their privacy notice here.
Improving our service through Trustpilot
After placing an order, we may ask you to rate our service and leave a review on Trustpilot. We do this through a secure online portal that we operate ourselves on Trustpilot. Trustpilot does not have access to your personal or order details. You can opt out of receiving emails from Trustpilot by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of their email.
Trustpilot is an independent online company that grants customers and other users the ability to review retailers honestly. If your review gets published, it is available for everyone to see. We work with a number of service providers to improve the performance and experience of our site. These include:
- Sailthru (for product personalisation and email preferences)
- Snap-Engage (for onsite chat with our Customer Service team)
