Free standard UK delivery on all MyAlli orders
At myalli.co.uk, we believe that shopping online should be straightforward and hassle-free, which is why we've put together a handy delivery guide to take you through our delivery times and rates.
Please be aware that due to unprecedented high order volumes, deliveries may take a little longer to reach you.
Standard UK delivery, FREE for all orders
- Free standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
- Order before 1pm to have your order dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday).
- If you order after 1pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).

Tracking the status of your order
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your MyAlli account which you must set up in order to make your purchase.
Once logged in to your account, you can click ‘View my Orders’ where your order will be given one of the following notes:
- Order received: confirming that your order has been successfully received by ChemistDirect.co.uk and will shortly be ready for processing.
- Order being processed: your order is with our warehouse for processing and dispatch.
- Order cancelled: Sadly we cannot progress your order due to an outstanding issue. You will be sent an email notification regarding the cancellation, advising on next steps. You can speak to our Customer Care team on 0121 541 1800 or by sending a note to on our contact page.
- Order dispatched: Congratulations! Your order has now left myalli.co.uk and is on its way via your selected delivery method.
- Order part-dispatched: to avoid having to wait any longer we have part-dispatched your order and will email you with the expected dispatch date for the remaining items.
Deliveries outside the UK
- Please be advised that due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship MyAlli outside of the UK
- Sadly, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.
Terms & conditions
- All deliveries are subject to myalli.co.uk successfully receiving payment.
- Delivery options exclude Bank and other public holidays.
- We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more packages.
- MyAlli purchases, require additional approval by a member of our pharmacy team, which will involve completion of an online questionnaire and any subsequent approval.
- We strive to ensure our delivery targets are met but sadly when they're not we're unable to accept liability for any out of pocket expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders. You're still entitled to your full statutory rights.
- Sadly, our Next Day delivery services exclude the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, FK18+, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20+, PH, ZE, BT68+, IM, GY, JE and TR21-25.
- We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more packages.
- We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated dispatch timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, all orders will be fulfilled within a maximum of 30 days or a full refund will be issued.
